ENGAGED! Magazine at Four Seasons Baltimore

All packed up and ready to go!  This is what my vehicle looked like in preparation for the ENGAGED! Magazine bridal event hosted at the Four Seasons Baltimore last weekend.  My Jeep was filled to the brim, and loaded with everything you can imagine from table linen, lamps, candles, carpet, food, flowers,
paper details, and yes, even some custom art (by yours truly).

Because our vignette was going to be in the corner of the main ballroom, I wanted to create a more intimate environment for guests.  Using the the room's gorgeous wood panels as a backdrop, I decided to create custom color blocked artwork to enhance our tablescape. After a few trips here (selecting fabrics from Chanel, Valentino, Chloe, and Nanette Lapore), I spent the afternoon (with my partner and best Chica), cutting fabric swatches, and creating the perfect patterned pieces.  A trip or two to my favorite archival framer, and these beauties were ready to go.  Up and down the elevators...

...and an intense and detailed installation, produced this gorgeous display!

I truly enjoyed meeting all of the brides at the show (and a few grooms too), as well as connecting with industry professionals old and new. If you'd like to see more of what inspires me, peek on Pinterest!  We just created an "SBdesign" board with images of our original event and wedding designs.

Many THANKS to my creative team (Ashley & Lisa)
and each of our vendor partners including:
Carla David Design, ENGAGED! Magazine, Fleur de Lis Florist,
Four Seasons Baltimore, Francesca's Bridal, Party Rental, LTD., s.c.lord designs,
Table Toppers, and the lovely Laura Ashbrook Photography. * Outfit details here.
